Thanks to perfect maturity harvest, cuvée MUMM vintage 2008 is a well balanced champagne between fruit notes, power and roundness.
The power of Pinot Noirs (68%) combined to the minerality and fineness of Chardonnays (32%) gave birth to a remarkable cuvée.
The sparkling golden hue is vivified by the effervescence of fine bubbles. The nose unveils a great aromatic complexity where the Pinot Noir expresses aromas of yellow fruits. The palate is round and gourmand, and the long final unveils a beautiful minerality. The perfect harmony between freshness and velvety.
Champagne MUMM Vintage 2008 is the perfect accompaniment to grilled foie gras, apricot jam and wildfowl.
