This unique Blanc de Noirs cuvée Le Clos St Hilaire 1999 from BILLECART SALMON is one of today's rarest and most pretigious champagne ! This vintage unveils a visual burst of sparkling rays of the pink gold.

The magic of the soil added to human skills has produced an exceptionally pure wine sourced exclusively from Pinot Noir. To enable this great wine to mature in typical single cru style, the House chooses to add very little dosage. This cuvée stands out for the complexity of its aromas combined with a surprising freshness. It will mature wonderfully over the next 20 years. There is a limited release between 3500 to 7500 bottles individually numbered, reserved for those very special moments.

With foie gras, shellfish or truffle dishes, this excellent cuvée will awaken your taste buds.
