TAITTINGER had already innovated with the sumptuous PRÉLUDE champagne, ideal for a convivial aperitif. Now comes NOCTURNE from TAITTINGER: a champagne for parties, a champagne for the night, a champagne for the end of the evening.

The result of thirty different vintages from several harvests and a blend of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir and Meunier, this champagne will have spent at least 4 years on laths before being disgorged.

The nose is delicate, with aromas of yellow peach and dried apricot. The attack in mouth is supple, greedy and fresh on flavors of dry grape, very light red fruits, white flowers, and fruits in syrup. A champagne of exceptional finesse.

It is a rich and unctuous semi-dry champagne that exudes suavity, tenderness and passion. The night owls in love with champagne will be filled by this NOCTURNE champagne from TAITTINGER. It can accompany sushi, foie gras with gingerbread, soft cheese or a chocolate dessert.
