Regarding the Champagne Canard Duchene Blanc de Noirs Iconic
Created to mark its centenary in 1968, this is a gastronomic champagne in a unique, iconic bottle. This Blanc de Noirs Iconic Champagne is a 100% Pinots Noirs with a high proportion of reserve wines (50%), including 10-20% from a sublime perpetual reserve created in 2012.
It comes mainly from Premiers and Grands Crus selected for their freshness. It has benefited from three years of extended cellar ageing to develop its aromas.
Golden in color, the nose is complex, with delicious cherry and orange aromas. On the palate, the wine's great finesse reveals luscious aromas of candied fruit.
This Blanc de Noirs Iconic champagne from Maison Canard-Duchêne perfectly expresses the pure expression of Pinot Noir, sublimated by this particular reserve. It's the perfect accompaniment to pollack, prawn tartare or confit shoulder of suckling lamb. This gourmet champagne can be enjoyed now, or cellared for 2 or 3 years.

Champagne Canard Duchene
The House of Canard-Duchêne, founded by Victor Canard and Léonie Duchêne, has been located since its creation in 1868 in Ludes, in the Montagne de Reims. Internationally renowned and a member of the court of Tsar Nicolas II, it has recently joined the Alain Thiénot Group, and today occupies a place of choice on the French and European markets.
In 2004, Canard Duchêne committed itself to sustainable development and respect for the environment, thus promoting its hillsides, its cellars and its House, which has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2013.
The Canard Duchêne brand offers several cuvées of authentic, fruity and intense champagne to be enjoyed during your aperitifs.
