#1 - Climb aboard the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express for a "Voyage Solaire East West" that only the Maison Veuve Clicquot has the secret to!
What are you doing from July 4 to 6, 2024? If you're in the mood to get away from it all, Veuve Clicquot invites you to board the legendary Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, a Belmond train, to follow the path of the sun from East to West; a lovely nod to its legendary color: "sun" yellow.
During this exceptional immersive adventure, passengers will begin by exploring Vienna. A capital city far from chosen by chance, since Veuve Clicquot was already supplying the Austrian imperial court at the end of the 18th century.
After two days of cultural and gastronomic discoveries, guests will then have the chance to try their hand at cooking with Jean Imbert, the famous chef who made a name for himself when he won season 3 of Top Chef in 2012. This true Veuve Clicquot ambassador will propose a gastronomic dinner featuring exclusive pairings and rare Cuvées.
On the final day, travelers will head for Reims, the birthplace of the Maison Veuve Clicquot. They will have the opportunity to discover the vineyards and taste some exceptional wines. Participants will be reunited with Jean Imbert, this time accompanied by Mory Sacko. The two Michelin-starred chefs will prepare a four-hand lunch for passengers, served in the estate's Gallo-Roman chalk pits, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

#2 - Stop worrying about your end-of-year dessert: Maison Perrier-Jouët X Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire has come to the rescue!
For you, the duo have imagined an exclusive, ultra-gourmet Yule log. "Set on a sankara shortbread, the log features a planifolia vanilla mousseline, a fine quince paste with quince brandy, and a citrus marmalade with pomegranates sourced from a family farm in the Pyrénées-Orientales region. All wrapped in a light, lemon-yellow sponge cake. A few fresh pomegranate seeds sprinkle the dessert with a touch of acidity".
This blend of tastes, textures and aromas has been specially imagined to sublimate the Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs Cuvée, which offers generous notes of crisp citrus fruit and fresh flowers.
To facilitate transport of this masterpiece and guarantee its freshness, the log is presented in a case wrapped in a delicate Perrier-Jouët sheath. For 6 to 8 people, the log alone is priced at €85 incl. VAT. The log with the Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs cuvée is priced at €140 incl. VAT. #3 - The Charles-Heidsieck and Royal Champagne "Ultimate Collection" trunk experience
Trunks often contain precious treasures... This one from Maison Charles Heidsieck is priceless: 18 bottles of Brut Réserve cellared between 1986 and 2018. Produced in singular proportions of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, each bottle is unique and bears a medallion adorned with a date.
But make no mistake, this is the year of "mise en cave" (editor's note: the year of bottling), not the year of harvest. The wines are therefore bruts sans années, not vintages. Each wine, which can be made up of 150 different crus, offers an immersive experience in time, allowing you to immerse yourself in the history of the House.
To enhance this "Charly experience", the "collector's" trunk comes with a two-night stay at the Royal Champagne, a luxury hotel in Champillon, access to its spa, and a tasting, lunch and tour of the crayères at the Charles Heidsieck estate.
