Regarding the Champagne Lenoble Blanc de Blancs V.20
Champagne Blanc de Blancs V.20 by Maison LENOBLE is a cuvée with rare qualities that perpetuates the house style while allowing the exceptional character of the year (here the 2020 harvest) to express itself.
It's a 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru from the Côte des Blancs, with a dosage of just 2g/l. This champagne is based on the 2020 harvest, topped up with 55% perpetual reserve wines. Part of the wine is aged in wood and corked magnums to preserve freshness and develop aromatic richness.
The youthful nose reveals notes of breadcrumbs, hazelnut and citrus. On the palate, it's creamy, with lemon flavors and a more saline finish.
Champagne Blanc de Blancs V.20 from Maison LENOBLE is the perfect accompaniment to scallop carpaccio, poultry supreme with cream sauce or lemon meringue pie.

Champagne Lenoble
A family-owned and independent company since its creation in 1920. Lenoble owns an 18-hectare vineyard located partly in Chouilly and Bisseuil, villages classified Grand Cru and Premier Cru. The House was the second to be certified "High Environmental Value" in 2012, crowning over 20 years of environmentally friendly practices.
In favor of a low dosage of wines that let the terroir express itself, it offers three collections of champagnes: the "Classic Collection" where you will find the Brut Intense, the "Terroirs Collection" where you will be able to taste the Rosé Terroirs, and finally the "Prestige Collection" with the Cuvée Gentilhomme Blanc de Blancs and the Cuvée Les Aventures.
The "Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France" published by the R.V.F. awarded a second star to Lenoble, rewarding the quality of their work. Lenoble thus joins the very closed circle of the very great Champagne Houses!
