The Cuvée Rosé Terroirs Mag 15 from AR Lenoble is made from 92% Chardonnay from Chouilly Grand Cru and 8% Pinot Noir from Bisseuil Premier Cru. This Rosé champagne combines the power of the red fruit aromas typical of the Bisseuil terroir and the elegance of the Chouilly terroir. The finish is airy, clean, precise thanks to a dosage reduced to the strict minimum.
This champagne, based on the 2015 harvest, with a low dosage (3g/l) and with 40% of reserve wines, offers us a superb balance between power, elegance and freshness that perfectly signs the style of the House AR Lenoble.
The charm, roundness and elegance of the Cuvée Rosé Terroirs allow all culinary audacities.
Superb as an aperitif, it will sublimate thin slices of raw ham, scallops with scampi, fresh goat cheese or strawberry soup.

Champagne Ar Lenoble
A family-owned and independent company since its creation in 1920. Ar Lenoble owns an 18-hectare vineyard located partly in Chouilly and Bisseuil, villages classified Grand Cru and Premier Cru. The House was the second to be certified "High Environmental Value" in 2012, crowning over 20 years of environmentally friendly practices.
In favor of a low dosage of wines that let the terroir express itself, it offers three collections of champagnes: the "Classic Collection" where you will find the Brut Intense, the "Terroirs Collection" where you will be able to taste the Rosé Terroirs, and finally the "Prestige Collection" with the Cuvée Gentilhomme Blanc de Blancs and the Cuvée Les Aventures.
The "Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France" published by the R.V.F. awarded a second star to AR Lenoble, rewarding the quality of their work. AR Lenoble thus joins the very closed circle of the very great Champagne Houses!
