Regarding the Champagne Apollonis Rosé Composition
Cuvée Rosé Composition from Michel Loriot’s APOLLONIS champagne range has been raised to the sound of music.
It is elaborated from 42% Meunier, 48% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, including 5% of reserve wine. This cuvée is sourced from a vineard located in the Marne Valley, and it is HVE certified (High Environmental Value).
The nose unveils small red fruits notes such as wild strawberry and currant, with a touch of raspberry and rose. On the palate, it’s an explosion of wild strawberry followed by candied citrus. The Pinot Noir brings a good structure and strong personality to this cuvée, which develops as well a nice minerality and peach aromas from the Chardonnay. The final is energetic and crunchy, just as a green apple.
This wine is strong while being elegant, with a very fine perlage and a sustained acidity which forecast a great ageing potential.
Rosé Composition offers a pleasant bitterness which perfectly pairs with a red fruit pana cotta, or with white meats and seashells. A superb bottle for every lover of rosé champagne !
Don't wait too much, just 6500 bottles have been produced.
