2015 is only the 21st vintage since its creation in 1975. Vinification is carried out by grape variety and cru. This champagne was created as a tribute to Sir Winston Churchill, who appreciated the robustness, structure and, above all, maturity of Champagne... A reflection of his character!
The nose is complex and generous, with aromas of spice and pepper, complemented on aeration by notes of candied fruit and dried fruit. The palate is equally generous, starting with candied fruit, supported by notes of brioche, with a long finish. A cuvée with character!
Pair Winston Churchill 2015 with caviar, it will be extraordinary. You can also serve it with raw fish, tartare or sashimi.
