Description of Rosé Sauvage
Champagne Rosé Sauvage from PIPER HEIDSIECK is a true gastronomic champagne. The high proportion of coloured wines offers a real character to this cuvée. It's made from 50 to 55% of Pinot Noir (of which 20 to 25% are vinified in red), 30 to 35% of Meunier and 15 to 20% of Chardonnay, of which 10 to 20 % of reserve wines.
The palate offers a red fruits explosion with a dazzling finish with spicy notes.
Full of charm and ardor, this rosé champagne will delight every amateur for the aperitif, and for summer cooking too. It brillantly pairs with red meat.
Every bottle of champagne ROSE SAUVAGE from PIPER HEIDSIECK is presented in its free gift case.
