Cuvée Brut is the great classic of the PIPER-HEIDSIECK range, made from 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay.
It's a full-bodied, structured, fruity champagne. Lively and precise, it is drunk simply for the pleasure of the moment. Its bubbles are lively and elegant. On the palate, this airy champagne offers a sensation of lightness accentuated by the depth of Pinot Noir in perfect balance.
