This champagne comes from the best terroirs of the Côte des Blancs to give birth to a pure and vibrant wine. It is the most lively cuvee of the House. Its nose reveals notes of elderberry, acacia, citrus. On the palate, the vivacity of its palate, marked by subtle minerality, brings the final touch of a cuvée of great richness ...

This low-dose champagne (8gr/l) fresh, lively and full of energy will be perfect as an aperitif, or during a meal, with a carpaccio of sea bass for example.

This exclusive cuvée produced in small quantities, comes in a sublime box reinterpreted by Mexican artist Fernando Laposse, who drew his inspiration from pollination, a complex process of interaction between plants and insects. The artist's creations are in line with Perrier-Jouët's environmental commitment to biodiversity.
