Regarding the Champagne Lanson Le Green Bio Organic
Lanson Le Green Bio Organic is a high-quality organic champagne. The deep, clay-marl soils of the parcel from which the grapes come are particularly interesting for biodynamic viticulture. They give the wine fruitiness and mineral purity.
The blend of almost half Pinot Noir, 36% Chardonnay and 18% Meunier is completed by reserve wines. Each grape variety is vinified in separate small vats and aged for four years. The dosage is Extra-Brut.
A fresh, mineral champagne with an elegant, rich nose and aromas of yellow and exotic fruits, with a hint of lemon and pomelo. The attack on the palate is dynamic, with notes of citrus zest. It balances out with fine, evanescent bubbles and a slightly spicy, tannic finish.
Le Green Bio Organic Lanson 1760 is a superb aperitif champagne, pairing well with oysters, or more elaborate fish or grilled meat dishes.
Green to the core, even the bottles are lighter and the labels are made of recycled paper!
