Regarding the Champagne Drappier Brut Nature
The Brut Nature champagne from DRAPPIER is a champagne for lovers of pure sensations. It is a 100% Pinot Noir champagne, produced from the first press and without dosage. Only the natural residual sugar remains (less than 2 gr per bottle) and very little sulfur is used.
This cuvée has been aged in vats, and matured for 2 to 3 years on laths.
The Brut Nature from Drappier house has a beautiful golden color. On the nose, one discovers ripe and crunchy red fruits. The mouth is pure, straight, with great freshness and finesse. Peach and quince are the main aromas in the mouth, a pure gastronomic pleasure. Pure fruit, suppleness and greediness thanks to the unique Pinot Noir. The finish is long and delicate, slightly spicy.
This is an original champagne, a natural pleasure to be enjoyed as an aperitif, with seafood, and throughout the meal.
