Regarding the Champagne Drappier Brut Nature with no sulfur
For lovers of pure sensation, the House of Drappier has created a 100% Pinot Noir cuvée, 100% first press without dosage and without sulfur: the Cuvée Brut Nature without sulfur.
No expedition liqueur has been added and yet this champagne is remarkably round. Only the natural residual sugar remains, less than 2g per bottle. The total absence of sulfur gives the wine the freedom to express itself completely.
The nose is fresh, evoking pear, lemon and hazelnut. On the palate, we discover a surprisingly fresh, mineral and fruity champagne. A beautiful vivacity in attack, straight, dry, vinous, tense, a cuvée which will delight the purists.
An exceptional cuvée, to be served very cold (7°) for an aperitif, or with seafood or sushi.

Champagne Drappier
Founded in 1808, Maison Drappier has an organic vineyard in which all the classic grape varieties are represented, with a dominant for the Pinot Noir (70%) but some forgotten grape varieties are also present such as the Petit Meslier, the Arbane...
This family business prefers authenticity and uses very little sulfur. It has also created a sulphur-free cuvée: the Cuvée Brut Nature without sulphite.
The strong presence of Pinot Noir gives birth to powerful, vinous champagnes that seduced General De Gaulle in 1965. To pay tribute to him, Drappier has dedicated the Cuvée Charles De Gaulle to him. It is also the only House to offer for sale all sizes of champagne bottles: from the quarter bottle to the Melchisedec (30 liters)!
