Champagne has a code firmly rooted in its history:BLACK as PINOT. It is raised in oak barrels from the Forest of Argonne, Champagne’s historic forest. It has a luminous and delicate blonde colour, crowned with creamy foam. A mature and fine nose with a beautiful complexity. This champagne is dense, warm and winey, very well-balanced, with lively effervescence and beautiful freshness combined with a tender texture. Served at 8°C, it is a refreshing aperitif, while at 12°C, it will enhance quality poultry, veal or fish in creamy sauce.
