The Brut vintage 1996 from the house FLEURY is a great vintage elaborated from ancestral methods, with a "prise de mousse" and slow maturation under the cork. This rare vinification methods confers this champagne a unique personality. This champagne, dominated by a strong proportion of black grapes (80%), is characterized by its unusual aerial elgance. This vintage 1996 is extraordinary, complex, powerful and very fresh in mouth.
This extremely rare champagne (only 1200 bottles produced) has been awarded several times, and it has achived its perfect maturity. As per all the champagne from the Fleury range, it is elaborated from biologic and biodynamic farming methods.
