Suave and graceful, Cuvée Deutz Rosé 2015 is a gourmet discovery. The finery is delicate and claims the elegance of the cuvée: a pale color with copper hues. Composed of 82% Pinot Noir and 18% Chardonnay, the champagne is ample and crystal clear. A rosé champagne with a nice finesse that reveals aromas of freshly picked red fruits, cherries, strawberries, and raspberries, on flavors of wild flowers and ginger. A beautiful alliance between the fruity and the floral. The bubbles are well present and quite persistent, without being overwhelming. The mouth is energetic, crisp and fruity.
This champagne expresses great precision and elegance. Enjoy it as an aperitif or with beef carpaccio, duck with cranberries, rack of lamb, or as a dessert with strawberry charlotte or raspberry macaroons.
