Regarding the Champagne Chassenay d'Arce Confidences Rosé 2012
Confidences Rosé 2012 Champagne from Maison Chassenay D'Arce is based on the great mastery of the winemakers. This exceptional Rosé champagne is made from the oldest vines in the vineyard, mainly Pinot Noir: 86% (of which 13% is red wine), 12% Chardonnay and 2% Pinot Blanc.
After 6 years of aging in bottles on lees, we discover a champagne with generous and fine bubbles. The nose is greedy, expressive and complex. It reveals notes of red and white fruits, floral and mineral notes. In the mouth, it is concentrated, with a fleshy matter, a velvety structure well balanced thanks to a pleasant finesse and freshness. The finish is clean and tense.
This champagne is of great finesse associated with a fruity greediness and the 2012 vintage offers us a seductive champagne, easy to access.
It illustrates the best of the Arce Valley terroir, a champagne with a rich and flamboyant personality!
Quintessence of the House, this rosé champagne will accompany special occasions and their most refined dishes. An exclusive cuvée to discover!
