Discover the Cuvée Noble Vintage 2016 from Jean-Noël HATON House, after an aging of at least 5 years.
The golden yellow color is brilliant, with a beautiful effervescence of fine bubbles that form a creamy and persistent cordon. The nose is pleasant, open and perfumed. It offers aromas of apricot and plum jam, and after aeration notes of dried fruits. The mouth is powerful, fruity and structured, with a nice length in the finish.
This champagne composed of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir will be perfect with iodized dishes, raw or cooked, white meat or even oriental and spicy cuisine.
