Regarding the Champagne Gosset Grand Millésime 2015
This Grand Millésime 2015 Champagne is only the third Pinot Noir-dominant (59%), after the 1990 and 2006 vintages. The Pinot Noir chosen are fresh and fine and the Chardonnay (41%), aromatic and lively.
The dosage of 4g/l maintains the balance between freshness, fruitiness and vinosity without masking the character of the wine and its purity.
The nose, fruity, fresh and acidulous, is both greedy and elegant, with pastry notes and fresh fruit aromas. The mouth is tonic around fresh fruits with a frank, mineral and saline finish.
This is a gourmet cuvée with a beautiful vinosity with no malolactic fermentation in order to preserve the wines' naturally fruity aroma, and to ensure perfect conservation.
This Grand Millésime 2015 champagne from the Maison GOSSET will accompany spicy dishes such as a lamb tagine with lemons or roasted prawns or even certain desserts such as rhubarb pie.
