Regarding the Champagne Tsarine Brut Millésime 2015
The Champagne Tsarine Brut, Vintage 2015 is a blend of the three emblematic grape varieties of Champagne. Mostly made from Chardonnay (47%), to which are added 31% of Meunier and 22% of Pinot Noir aged in cellars for 4 years.
It is a powerful and structured wine with a great richness of aromas such as quince, candied fruits and hazelnut. The palate is smooth with flavors of mocha, pastry and spices.
It is a champagne of great finesse, in a unique bottle.
Tsarine Brut Vintage 2015 Champagne will elegantly accompany a gourmet meal with guinea fowl with chanterelles, sweetbreads, a dessert with dried fruits or a Paris-Brest.
