Maison Bollinger launches its all new champagne : a Blanc de Noirs named PN VZ15 (P for Pinot, N for "Noir"= Black, VZ for Verzenay and 15 for 2015 harvest.
This cuvée is mainly made from Pinots Noirs from Verzenay and from the 2015 harvest completed by reserve wines.
Pinot Noir is one of the pillars of the Bollinger style, and this cuvée gives us a unique vision of this grape variety !
This 100% Pinot Noir has rested twice as long as the rules of the appellation requires. We thus discover a champagne with a golden robe, with a complex and rich nose with aromas of jammy fruit and dried fig. In the mouth, the greediness of the fruit combines with the crunchiness and offers us flavors of apricot and peach, acacia flower and yuzu.
You can enjoy it from aperitif to meal, for example with a Langres cheese or a tomato tart.
