Regarding the Champagne Moussé Fils Spécial Club Meunier les Fortes Terres 2014
Cuvée Spécial Club 2014 from Maison Moussé Fils is a Blanc de Noirs, 100% Meunier champagne. This very qualitative cuvée comes from one village (« Les Fortes Terres »), from one plot and from one grape variety.
It offers streams of persistent, tiny bubbles making this champagne very pleasing on the eye. The nose reveals the typical Meunier aromas of white peaches and a remarkable finesse, whilst the palate is full and round with wonderful length.
This Spécial Club 2014 is very lightly dosed (3g/l) and comes from an harvest with a low yield but exceptional quality.
This cuvée belongs to the Club Trésors de Champagne whose rules are extremely strict. In fact the criteria to be accepted as a ‘Club champagne‘ are far more demanding than for anything else on the market, and it is produced only the very best years. Spécial Club 2014 perfectly deserve this label !
Cuvée Spécial Club spends 36 months ageing in cellars. It is best appreciated with a small group of friends on very special occasions.
You can enjoy it immediately or in the next 20 years!
