The Blanc de Blanc 2009 from Alfred Gratien is 100% Chardonnay (exclusively sourced from Premiers and Grands Crus), singularly representing the nobility and the typical characteristics of the Alfred Gratien Champagnes.
A rigorous grape selection, vinification and aging process in small oak barrels in respect of the tradition, voluntary limitation of volumes, no malolactic fermentation, this is the spirit of this cuvée : respect for the grape and the soil personality.
This Blanc de Blancs is the advent of a passion for work associated with the permanent will of the House to develop exceptional products. Silky, pure, this model of expression of chardonnay in Champagne seems indestructible.
It is delicious when accompanied with seafood or Parmesan.

Champagne Alfred Gratien
Located in Epernay and with a know-how passed on from generation to generation for more than a century, the Alfred Gratien House owns 1.5 hectares of vines classified as Grand Cru and 1er Cru and completes its supply from 60 winemakers.
There is no malolactic fermentation and the house vinifies its champagnes in oak barrels to preserve the aromas of the wine. A small production of great quality (250 000 bottles produced per year), to give birth to champagnes of gastronomes. Champagnes to taste and to offer to your friends and family during events.
