No blending for this single-cru Champagne: Chardonnays only, and 2011 only. The House’s Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Nature Terre de Vertus 2011 features notes of chalkiness, lime peel and flowers that recall a great Sancerre. This medium-bodied Champagne reveals a focused personality, with notable energy and freshness.
It does not contain any additional sugar. It's hard to move on to the next wine. In a word: awesome.
An ideal Champagne magnum to begin a meal, its purity will provide a delicate accompaniment for oysters, its richness will even vie with a few slices of Pata Negra. You can drink it now or also keep it for several years.

Maison Larmandier Bernier is a young family business founded in 1971. It has been cultivating about 15 hectares of biodynamic vines for more than 20 years.
The domain is located on the famous Côte des Blancs and all the champagnes come from terroirs classified essentially as Grands Crus with 85% of Chardonnay and 15% of Pinot Noir. A natural viticulture which offers us authentic cuvées, with low dosage, of a great intensity.
