Cuvée Millésime de Collection 2005 in magnum from Maison Pierre Gimonnet & Fils is a 100% Chardonnay champagne, exclusively sourced from Premiers and Grands Crus vines, mostly aged of 40 years and over.
The foamming and maturation process is exclusively elaborated in magnum bottle size. Both rich and with a touch of citrus, this cuvée develops floral and mineral background notes.
The mouth is ample and aerial, this exceptional wine leaves a great oenophile memory to any champagne connoisseur.
This champagne is elaborated from a very complex blend, very balanced, elegant and fine. It represents the quintessential of Pierre Gimonnet & Fils’ style.

Champagne Pierre Gimonnet
In the world of champagnes, there is a true "Pierre Gimonnet" signature. It is refined, elegant, wise, never exuberant. This style is the creation of Michel Gimonnet in 1935, the father of Olivier and Didier Gimonnet who are now in charge of the 28 hectares of Chardonnay, classified Grand Cru and Premier Cru.
Over the years, they have succeeded in sublimating the House's wines. The brothers, in love with their terroir, perpetuate a timeless wine style, based on freshness and aromatic finesse. Unique and prized "Grands Blancs".
