Regarding the Champagne Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque 2008 casket (1 Brut, 2 flûtes)
Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque 2008 is a wonderfully vibrant vintage that presents crisp freshness with a great freshness and structure.
The House offers us a perfectly balanced cuvée between the exceptional character of the 2008 year and the consistency of the house’s style.
The blend brings out the freshness and elegance of the Chardonnay (50%) while the Pinot Noir (45%) display a generosity and delicate complexity that prolong the Chardonnay’s finesse. Finally, the rounded charm of the Pinot Meunier (5%) provides the finishing touch to this beautifully balanced cuvée.
The nose develops spring-like with light, white-flowers cents of hawthorn and plum blossom. The fresh aromas of white-fleshed fruit are then enveloped in candied citrus notes.
The palate is wonderfully vibrant and invigorating, with a lively attack and expansive mouth feel with a hint of freshness.
Six year of aging in the House cellar and a low dosage (9 grams per liter) confer to this cuvée a beautiful harmony of this great vintage.
Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque 2008 is the perfect cuvée to mark any moment of celebration. To enjoy whilst dining, its vibrancy will pair delicately with the saltiness of langoustines, or compliment the most delicate white meats with its bloom of white flowers.
The BELLE EPOQUE 2008 champagne from PERRIER JOUET is presented in a marvelous casket, together with two BELLE EPOQUE champagne flutes.
