O’ de Mailly 2008 is a Brut Vintage champagne. It evokes life, perpetual motion, fluidity and delicacy.
Its elegant maturity reveals a great purity, while there’s a lovely precision in its structure. The subtle interplay between refined texture and vibrant character – a balance of lightness and substance that is very much the hallmark of this vintage.
O’ de Mailly sets the mood for celebrations of all kinds, equally delicious as an aperitif or paired with food. Planning the perfect match for seafood? O’ de Mailly slips down a treat with scallops, crayfish or steamed fillet. Other inspired combinations include O’ de Mailly with crispy vegetable tempura, a succulent poultry, or tender veal filet.
This 2008 vintage whose balance between acidity and sugar is remarkable, is clearly the sign of the very great wines.
This cuvée is presented in a metallic box, designed by the photographer Xavier Coulmier. It is available in limited edition and everybottle is numbered.
