Cuvée Rosé de Saignée « Les Beauliers » from Maison Laherte Frères truly reflects their terroir : a subtle aroma’s blend which hightligths the fruity and mineral notes, combined with a rare richness and a great freshness in mouth.
The limited production of this unique cuvée takes place in the small village of Les Beauliers.
It is elaborated in using traditional and sustainable growing methods, strongly influenced by organic methods too.
Elaborated from Pinot Meunier only, this Extra Brut is characterized by its gourmand vinosity.
Decidedly, a remarkable rosé champagne…!
Perfect for the aperitif, it is also delicious when served with a game and some poultries. As an accompaniment for the dessert, it marvelously pairs with a red fruit crumble.

Champagne Laherte
Purity, sincerity and authenticity are the key words of this small family house located in Chavost since 1889. It owns and operates just over 11 hectares of vineyards on the southern slopes of Epernay, the Côte des Blancs, and in the Marne Valley.
Its vines are cultivated by always favoring natural and dynamic practices and a parcel-based vinification. The LAHERTE house obviously cultivates the differences, the typicity of each terroir and offers us champagnes with low dosage, always in this concern to reveal all the particular aromas of each cuvée.
