Regarding the Champagne Bollinger PNVZ19

Maison Bollinger launches its new champagne: a Blanc de Noirs named PN VZ19 (P for Pinot, N for "Noir"= Black, VZ for Verzenay and 19 for 2019 harvest.).

As its name suggests, this cuvée is essentially made from Pinot Noirs from Verzenay and 2019 as the base vintage, supplemented by reserve wines.

Pinot Noir is one of the pillars of the Bollinger style, and this cuvée offers us a singular vision of this grape variety!

This 100% Pinot Noir has rested twice as long as the appellation rules require. The result is a champagne with a golden color and an expressive nose, rich with aromas of red and exotic fruits. The fruity character of the nose is repeated on the palate. It's supple, silky and elegant, with a wonderful saline finish.

You can enjoy Bollinger Champagne PN VZ19 from aperitif to meal, with sea bream ceviche or lamb tagine.
