Regarding the Champagne Bollinger Spécial Cuvée étui
Champagne Spécial Cuvée from Maison Bollinger truly represents Bollinger’s style : density and subtlety. This outstanding champagne distinguishes itself by its composition with more than 85% of Grands and Premiers Crus (60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Meunier), and by its maturation length which is twice greater than the usual Appelation requirements. It it also unique due to the important proportion of reserve wines (part of which have been aged in magnums for 5 to 15 years) thus confering this cuvée a typical vinosity.
Champagne Spécial Cuvée from Bollinger offers very fine bubbles and a beautiful aromatic complexity. The palate develops a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity.
This champagne is particularly recommended with fish, seafood, poultry and even with parmesan.
This cuvée can be enjoyed immediately or be stored in cellar for 2 to 3 years.
We offer this Spécial Brut Cuvée from BOLLINGER in its gift packaging.

Founded in 1829, Maison Bollinger, located in Aÿ, covers 165 hectares of vineyards, 85% of which are Grands Crus and Premiers Crus. 60% are Pinot Noir, whose power is the hallmark of Bollinger champagnes. This House offers us great champagnes that are vinous, powerful, complex, refined and lightly dosed.
A symbol of exacting standards and perfection, the House has been one of the official suppliers to the Crown of England since 1884. Maison Bollinger has 700,000 magnums in reserve: it's the only House to have such a precise palette of aromas to complement its blends. The best crus are vinified in oak barrels, and all champagnes are aged for twice as long as required by appellation rules.
With Bollinger, discover legendary champagnes, and limited editions crowning the partnership with James Bond.
