Discover BOLLINGER's PN TX17 champagne: P for Pinot, N for Noir, TX for Tauxières and 17 for the base year which is 2017 and completed with reserve wines, the oldest of which is from 2006.

Precision and liveliness for this 100% Pinot Noir with low dosage (4g/l). Pinot Noir is one of the pillars of the Bollinger style and this cuvée gives us a singular vision of this grape variety!

This 100% Pinot Noir has rested twice longer as the rules of the appellation require. We discover a champagne with a golden color, with a discreet and complex nose, with aromas of dried flowers, tobacco and mocha. The mouth is very fruity and lively and reveals notes of peach and exotic fruits. A nice salinity completes the acidity of this champagne. The finish on red fruits completes the whole.

You can enjoy this champagne PN TX17 of BOLLINGER from the aperitif to the meal in accompaniment for example of a roasted quail, or a chaource, from now on or you can choose to let it evolve in cellar.
