Florent Bergeronneau practices sustainable viticulture; he has banned insecticides from his vineyards for years and leaves as much of his slopes as possible covered in grass. But he has taken it a step further with this brut nature champagne.
The “Les Deux Terres 1er Cru Brut Nature” cuvée is the result of two distinct organically farmed plots, vinified together. This champagne from Maison Bergeronneau Marion is composed of 65% Meunier and 35% Pinot Noir.
