The Champagne Rosé of the House FLORENT BERGERONNEAU MARION is stemming from the assembly of red wine of the Coteaux Champenois in white wine of Champagne.
60 % of Meunier, 30 % of Pinot Noir, 10 % of Chardonnay and 15 % of red wine from the Coteaux Champenois which will give it a sweeter side. It is a vinous champagne with soft and delicate notes of red fruits. In mouth, it offers a beautiful vivacity and a fine and pleasant bubble.
This Rosé champagne will be very appreciated on many occasions: as an aperitif or with meats, seafood or fish such as pikeperch fillet. You can also enjoy it as a dessert with red fruits or mango ricotta for example.
