Regarding the Champagne Ayala Le Blanc de Blancs A/18
Champagne A/18 is a grand champagne made from 100% Grands Crus and Premiers Crus Chardonnays from the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs from the very great 2018 vintage. The white bottle underlines its unique and prestigious character.
Long ageing (6 years in the cellar) adds aromatic complexity and creamy effervescence. The extra-brut dosage (5g/l) brings freshness and purity.
The bubbles are fine and dynamic. The elegant nose offers notes of jasmine and pear. On the palate, the attack is frank. It reveals notes of pastry and blood orange. Very lively and mineral, a delight!
AYALA's Blanc de Blancs A/18 is the perfect aperitif champagne. It's also the perfect accompaniment to fish dishes such as turbot fillet or scallop carpaccio.
