Cuvée Monodie Meunier Vieilles Vignes 2010 APOLLONIS from Maison Michel Loriot is elaborated to the sound of music. This Blanc de Noirs Extra-Brut champagne is sourced from HVE certified vine (High Environmental Value) which is more than 70 years old and raised for 9 years in cellar.
This 100% pur Meunier champagne is sourced from the « Arpente » plot, which was planted in 1942 by the grand father of Michel Loriot. It's a very rare cuvée : just 2500 bottles !
The nose unveils yellow peach then light apple notes, with touch of quince and spices followed by inconpicuous and delicate flavors of buttered brioche.
The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juicy frame of yellow plum, quince, peach and yellow flowers.
