This Blanc de Noirs Champagne is an ultra-confidential plot-based cuvée from the Champ Saint Bernard parcel, made from grapes from old vines in the Avenay Val D'Or terroir, vinified in demi-muids. After bottling in May 2020, the champagne rested between 60 and 72 months. Riddling is done by hand, as is disgorging.
Each bottle has a back label showing the bottling and disgorging dates.
The color is bright and clear, and the nose reveals aromas of red fruits in particular. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and silky, with a long, fruity finish.

Champagne Agrapart
Family estate founded in the 19th century by Arthur Agrapart, the Agrapart house extends its vineyard over 12 hectares in the heart of the Côte des Blancs producing essentially Blanc de Blancs Grands Crus champagne.
All the vintages are made from plot by plot vinification and aged in oak barrels. The average age of the vines of the House is 40 years, some are more than 60 years old. The house produces an average of 90 000 bottles each year. A production to discover on our website !
