This cuvée is made from old vines in Avize and produced without any external additives. A 100% natural brut nature that is 100% natural. “Expérience” 2017 is intensely pure and aromatic, with a very elegant nose. The experiment is a success: here, it’s the fruit and nothing but the fruit, in a pure and sincere expression of the terroir. On the nose, it’s unmistakable: clear notes of fresh grapes, as well as white fruits, combined with mineral hints of chalk and a very delicate touch of lime. The palate is smooth and briny, giving way to vibrant, very ripe fruit. The finish is savory, pure, and precise—incredibly fresh and invigorating.
