Regarding the Champagne Selosse Rosé
The Champagne Rosé of JACQUES SELOSSE is a Grand Cru rosé, produced in very small quantities. 6 % of Pinot Noir from the prestigious Côte des Blancs and 94 % of Chardonnay from the Montagne de Reims. All come from Grands-Cru vineyards.
It is a champagne of character, powerful and vinous, which has spent at least 6 years in the cellar and whose dosage is low.
The Brut Rosé SELOSSE is greedy and light. On the palate, it offers a beautiful material whose aromatic framework combines raspberry, wild strawberry, flower, lemon and grapefruit. It results from it a beautiful acidity. We also find exotic notes of ginger and musk which bring a crazy freshness.
This makes it an atypical rosé champagne, dense, charming, between greediness and lightness.
This gourmet champagne makes people happy! It is a real journey of the senses that will accompany cold starters, dishes with iodized flavors, seafood, or white meat.
