This cuvée is elaborated from a blend of Chardonnay Grand Crus (50%) offering a floral touch, and from 45% of Pinots Noirs for the fruity character, and then 5% of Pinot Meuniers for the roundness.

The nose is fresh and delicate, with distinctive aromas of white fruit and flowers. On the palate, this is an exceptional combination of freshness and finesse.

Six years of aging in Perrier-Jouet’s cellars together with a low dosage confer to this cuvée to a marvelous harmony.
