The Champagne Blanc de Noirs of the House Mailly Grand Cru is the unique expression of an exposure, of a soil, of a know-how.
Relaunched in 1988 as a tribute to the tradition of the northern slopes of the great Montagne de Reims, this emblematic cuvée of the House Mailly Grand Cru has been copied, but never equaled.
The Pinot Noir of this cuvée comes from a selection of the best parcels owned by the House in the Grand Cru of the same name. A champagne that expresses wonderfully, the power and elegance of Pinot Noir.
The result is a Champagne with spices, violets, undergrowth, mirabelle plum and pear. In the mouth, it is rich, delicate and powerful. The texture is silky. It has a beautiful freshness, while delicate thanks to the citrus flavors carried by notes of roasted exotic fruits and ripe wheat. The finish is persistent and sustained by a nice vivacity.
This Grand Cru champagne will be perfect with foie gras, seafood, fish, and even some cheeses.
It is a world-renowned model, consecrated " Vinea d'Or " at the Mondial du Pinot Noir.
A Great Cuvée of Gastronomy !
