Champagne Brut Grand Cru vintage 2014 from Maison Lallier is elaborated from a selection of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Grand Cru located in Aÿ and other famous villages of the Côte des Blancs, classified Grand Cru too.
The extraordinary quality of the grapes characterizes this cuvée which has been raised on lees for 84 months before disgorgement.
This mature and complex champagne develops evolved aromas ranging from ripe yellow fruit, to white flowers, and the delicacy of pastry accompanied by honeyed notes. The palate is deep and of a persistent freshness.
You can enjoy this Grand Cru 2014 along the meal, with seashells, a scallop risotto, raw vegetables, mature cheeses or desserts based on fruits. Everything matches well with this lovely cuvée!
