Henriot Brut 2015 is 47% Chardonnay and 53% Pinot Noir, a blend of Premiers and Grands Crus that sublimates the sunny character of 2015. This is a year of great charisma.
After 8 years' rest in the cellar, this Brut millésimé 2015 champagne offers us aromatic power and gourmandise. The nose is mineral, with hints of wood and black fruit. On the palate, it's precise, chiselled, straightforward and very distinguished.
With a low dosage (2.5g/l), this fine, powerful, elegant champagne is very fresh.
This Cuvée Henriot Millésime 2015 is ideal as an aperitif, or as part of a meal, with scallops and leek fondue. A real delight!
