L'inattendue 2018 from Maison Henriot is a 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru offering complexity and generosity. Produced from the Grands Crus of Avize, this L'inattendue 2018 Chardonnay Grand Cru champagne perfectly reflects this geological profile, with its perfect balance between vine, soil and climate.
The 2018 harvest has great potential, is generous, and very qualitative. After four years of ageing in our cellars, this Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs is at once gourmand, generous and expressive. The nose is elegant and powerful, with notes of vanilla and yellow fruit. The palate is round, fresh and long-lasting.
This 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru extra brut (2gr/l) from Henriot is the perfect accompaniment to a seafood platter.
