Cuvée Fût de Chêne MV19 (Multi-Vintage) : 100% Grand Cru from Aÿ, the true expression of Maison Giraud’s style, presented in a unique bottle, and sealed with a staple.
This champagne is elaborated from a blend composed of 67% of the 2019 harvest, and 33% from the perpetual reserve, with 80% Pinots Noirs and 20% Chardonnays.
Following 12 months of raising in oak barrels from the Argonne Forest, then 6 years on lees, this cuvée reveals itself and is definitely a remarkable wine !
In additions to the great salinity of Maison Henri Giraud’s champagnes, this Fût de Chêne MV19 reveals an extraordinary complexity.
This ambition of the house was to reveal the balance and elegance of an Aÿ Grand Cru champagne, characterized by a beautiful harmony and great personality.

The Henri Giraud champagne house is a family owned house installed since the 17th century in Ay, whose soil is classified Grand Cru. Pinot Noir is the king of its vineyard, it is one of the most beautiful of the Champagne region.
Generation after generation, the Giraud-Hémart family built one of the finest areas of Champagne. Reviving the purest tradition, the Henri Giraud house had rebuilt the first oak casks of Argonne, which gives to its champagnes a true elegance and a special woody flavor.
