Regarding the Champagne Drappier Blanc de IV Blancs Quattuor
DRAPPIER Bio’s Cuvée Quattuor (Latin for “four”) is a blend of these four grape varieties in equal parts, each contributing its own distinct aromatic character. 100% of the winery’s wines are aged in tanks to preserve maximum freshness.
The texture is fine, the bubbles are delicate, and the color is very light with soft green highlights. The nose offers aromas with a hint of smokiness, citrus, honeyed apple, and green tea. On the palate, it’s full of freshness and minerality. The finish is exceptionally refined. A rare extra brut champagne, perfect for connoisseurs!
The Champagne Blanc de Blancs Bio Quattuor IV DRAPPIER is ideal as an aperitif, but also pairs well with seafood, fish without sauce, or veal carpaccio with white truffle.

It is also the only House to offer for sale all sizes of champagne bottles: from the quarter bottle to the Melchisedec (30 liters)!
