This 100% Chardonnay made exclusively from Côte des Blancs Grands Crus (Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cramant and Avize) has rested for 12 years to reveal all its complexity...
Accompanied by a light dosage (5gr/l), Cuvée Orpale 2012 is worthy of the finest Chardonnays. Deliberately elitist, the "Orpale" signature is affixed only to the greatest vintages. With this Cuvée, the Cellar Master has given us a superb interpretation of this great vintage, from which he has extracted the quintessence.
Orpale 2012 has great aromatic intensity, revealing toasty, smoky notes that evolve into aromas of warm bread. The finish is mineral, refreshing and very long.

Orpale 2012 can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, or as part of a meal, with noble white fish such as turbot or sole, but also with a seafood platter or Parmesan aged over 24 months.
