Cuvée Terre d’Illite 2001 from Maison Moussé Fils is a champagne elaborated from 95% Pinot Meunier and 5% Pinot Noir. The name of this cuvée is inspired by the soil on which grows this Meunier.
Fine bubbles, a persistent mousse and aromas of distilled plums and mirabelles are the hallmarks of this champagne. Very round in the mouth, it offers a great length too.
A marvelous Blanc de Noirs champagne to be savoured in good company just for the pleasure of it. Should you wish to store this cuvée in your cellar, please note that you can keep it for 6 to 8 more years.
