For lovers of pure sensation, the House of Drappier has created a 100% Pinot Noir cuvée, 100% first press without dosage and without sulfur: the Cuvée Brut Nature without sulfur.
No expedition liqueur has been added and yet this champagne is remarkably round. Only the natural residual sugar remains, less than 2g per bottle. The total absence of sulfur gives the wine the freedom to express itself completely.
The nose is fresh, evoking pear, lemon and hazelnut. On the palate, we discover a surprisingly fresh, mineral and fruity champagne. A beautiful vivacity in attack, straight, dry, vinous, tense, a cuvée which will delight the purists.
An exceptional cuvée, for an aperitif, or with seafood or sushi.
